The Role
:
As a Property Manager, you will report to the Branch Manager, overseeing real estate portfolios to ensure efficient operations and tenant satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end tenancy processes for a portfolio of properties, including onboarding new landlords and tenants.
2. Set and collect rent and other fees from tenants.
3. Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, managing relationships and resolving disputes.
4. Conduct property inspections, manage tenant screenings, and enforce occupancy rules.
5. Handle property finances, including processing invoices and maintaining accurate records.
6. Project manage work related to client properties.
7. Administer customer support and property management tasks such as advertising units, negotiating lease terms, and processing tenancy renewals.
8. Ensure regular property maintenance, address tenant complaints, and coordinate repairs.
Requirements:
9. Previously worked as a Property Manager or in a similar role.
10. Ideally have 1 - 2 years’ experience in the property sector.
11. Understanding of the property and real estate market.
12. Experience managing tenant inquiries and complaints would be preferred.
13. Degree in Real Estate Management or Property Management would be beneficial.
14. Strong communication, organisational and negotiation skills.
15. Skilled in IT, particularly Microsoft Office.
16. Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
