As a Unit Nurse Manager (General) at a Barchester care home, you'll use your compassion and initiative to make sure our residents get the quality care they deserve. You'll plan, manage and monitor the delivery of nursing that meets all of our residents' needs, implementing person-centred care plans that make a real difference to their day-to-day lives. You'll also plan rotas, recruit, train and mentor staff, and build relationships with local regulators and social services.

This position is a 1 year fixed term contract with potential to go permanent, including alternate weekend working and 48 hours per week up to £22.00 per hour.
To join us as a Unit Nurse Manager (General), you'll need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC registration. You'll have experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, and an up-to-date knowledge of recent clinical practices and regulatory frameworks.
