Job Title: Permanent Part Time Finance Assistant
Think Office Recruitment is currently representing a Construction company based in Handsworth, Birmingham, in search of a Permanent Part Time Finance Assistant. The ideal candidate will be AAT qualified and have experience within a finance role.
Responsibilities:
Supporting the Finance Manager with day to day operations
Deal with high volume of transactional entries onto Sage 50
Match invoices to delivery notes,
Reconcile monthly supplier statements/ credit cards to sage
Support the month-end accounting processes.
Administrative duties on behalf of the Finance Manager.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Accounts Administrator
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
Knowledge of financial regulations
