We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Front of House Team Member to enhance the dining experience at a well-established dining venue. Renowned for its commitment to excellence and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, this establishment offers a unique blend of traditional and contemporary dining in the heart of the local community.
Front of House Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
* Provide menu recommendations and detailed descriptions of dishes and specials
* Take orders accurately and communicate effectively with kitchen staff
* Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring all items meet our high standards of quality and presentation
* Handle transactions and ensure all billing details are accurate
* Maintain a clean and organized dining area
* Ensure all guest interactions are conducted with professionalism and courtesy
* Assist in setting up the dining area for service, including table settings and decoration adjustments
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive and professional approach
Front of House Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to providing outstanding customer service
* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* A team player who is willing to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction
