Role overview:
As a Microsoft 365 (M365) Consultant, you will design, implement, and optimize Microsoft 365 solutions for our clients. Your role will involve providing expert guidance, conducting system audits, and ensuring the seamless operation of M365 environments. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Key responsibilities:
1. Solution design and implementation: Design and implement tailored Microsoft 365 solutions to meet client needs.
2. Best practices and optimisation: Provide expert guidance on M365 best practices and optimisation strategies.
3. System audits and performance monitoring: Conduct system audits, performance monitoring, and generate reports.
4. User management: Manage user accounts, licenses, and access rights.
5. Technical support and issue resolution: Collaborate with IT teams to implement new features and resolve technical issues.
6. Training and support: Offer training and support to end-users.
7. Continuous learning: Stay current with the latest Microsoft 365 developments and best practices.
What we seek in you:
Technical competence:
1. Proven experience in Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
2. Strong knowledge of Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure.
3. Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation.
