Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
* Project Manager, will have a junior project manager working alongside you.
* Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn in all situations.
* Ability to proactively and positively respond to client needs and report directly to them.
* FM or PFI experience, CDM knowledge needed.
* Candidates should be qualified to NVQ level 3 as a minimum.
* Demonstrable track record of successfully delivering projects.
* A self-starter attitude with drive, determination, and creativity.
