Assistant Manager / Lister - Hornchurch
BASIC SALARY + CAR ALLOWANCE + COMMISSION

This is an excellent opportunity to elevate your career to a multi branch independent estate agency brand. This office is one of ten + within the brand. Other offices are based across Essex, East London and Home counties.
The role of this lister would be to support your branch manager in reaching instruction targets, to bring stock on for the wider team. Within this role you will still have the opportunity to close and negotiate your own deals.
The company are renowned for their long-term relationship building, customer service levels and professional presence within east London. Your role would be vital to build on this already outstanding name.
With the already existing high performing team this office is currently and has been No.1 in the area for sometime. You will be expected to conduct both sales and lettings valuations for the office giving you the freedom to become a more well rounded estate agent.
The package on offer for the successful candidate is a basic salary of up to £25, + Car Allowance with an achievable on target earnings in the first year of £55,. Full driver's license and car needed with this position. Working pattern is 5 day working weeks, working every Saturday with a day off in the week. As an assistant Sales Manager you are also entitled to discretionary end of year profit shares.
