What is the Role?
Working as a Customer Service Advisor within our Collections team you will operate in a fast moving, customer contact center environment. This role involves a telephony-based role where you will be on the phone speaking with our customers and by email to resolve outstanding account balances. You will also be working alongside the wider collections teams and third parties to support our customers queries and come to a suitable resolution for all parties.
As part of your role you will:
Ensure our customers receive the highest levels of service through the delivery of exceptional customer service. You will be adaptive in your approach, proactively managing your customers and maintain high levels of service while meeting KPI's and targets. Being a customer facing role, you'll be great at establishing and nourishing positive working relationships with stakeholders both internal and external to the business.
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
Excellent communication and negotiating skills. Customer Service experience. Experience of Inbound Telephony roles would be advantageous but not required.
