About the opportunity
My client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their water team on a permanent basis. The contract that you will be involved in will be working on a NEC contract within the water sector. On top of that you will be working for a team with years full of experience within the utility sector. About the requirements:
It is essential you have a degree in a Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management course. On top of this, I am looking for someone who has experience in a role like this for a Tier One Main Contractor based in the UK, working on major Civil Engineering schemes. Due to this project being an NEC form of contract, it is essential you have experience working on these contracts. Finally, to the nature of the position experience in change negotiation and dispute is important
