Senior Site Manager
Are you an experienced Senior Site Manager? Are you able to start work in October?
Randstad is seeking to employ a Senior Site Manager to work on a school renovation/new build in Durham. The right candidate must have experience working on large scale projects and had experience working on schools.
The role is to start October and is for 1-2 years.
Role
1. Monday to Friday
2. £320 per day umbrella (PAYE also available)
3. Site based role

Responsibilities
6. Collaborate with project stakeholders, subcontractors and local authorities.
7. Supervise all trades and labour, as well as co-ordinate the activities of all the trades and disciplines involved on the site so that all operations.
8. Develop and implement strategies to improve site efficiency and productivity.
9. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
10. Supervising a large team.
11. Monitor and manage site budget and expenses.
12. Strong knowledge of construction and working processes.
13. Strong experience working on school extensions/renovations.
14. Strong experience working on new build schools.
15. Address any issues or concerns raised by clients or staff members.
16. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to site activities.
17. Maintain the site diary and arrange meetings with customers/clients.
18. Toolbox talks.
Requirements
19. SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid Certificate.
20. Strong communication, leadership and management skills.
21. Proficient in using computer software related to site management.
