As a Tyre Retail Assistant, you will:
1. Act as a first point of contact for Customers
2. Provide quotations and advice when necessary
3. Completion of associated paperwork
4. Ensure that the customer is dealt with in a professional manner
5. Promote company products and services
6. Following all Health and Safety policies and procedures
7. Reporting and documenting fault/defective equipment
8. Compliance to Company policies and procedures in respect of vehicle inspections
Skills and experience required:
9. Previous retail experience in the automotive sector would be preferable but not essential.
10. Be a team player with a focus on providing excellent customer service
11. Good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
12. Have a keen eye for details and be literate and numerate
13. Have an enthusiastic and flexible approach to your work
14. Full Valid UK driving licence
