We are seeking an experienced Designate Centre Manager to join our team at Halfords, the UK's leading retailer of motoring and cycling products and services. As a Designate Centre Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our local centres within a reasonable travel time and leading the in-centre teams with support, encouragement, and motivation.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate centre teams to achieve exceptional results and drive business growth.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Manage budgets and optimize profit margins while ensuring compliance standards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Your Benefits:
* Competitive salary of £33,000 - £38,000 per annum.
* Average uncapped bonus of £10,800 per year (with potential to earn more).

Requirements:
* Fantastic leadership and team management skills within the automotive or similar industry.
* Experience delivering high customer satisfaction and displaying effective management.
* Engaging and motivational coaching-based approach to team development and able to provide in-the-moment training.
* Strong financial acumen with experience of managing P&L and optimizing profit.
* Experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety.
* Excellent communication skills, verbally and written.
* IT proficient, with the willingness to learn in-house systems.
* Good time management.
