Are you an experienced Finance Manager who is curious in dealing with complexity in terms of accounting/ finance? What's it all about?
You will be working closely with the maintenance and finance teams to support, develop and deliver the strategic, financial and operational plans of the business. This will include robust financial analysis of historic and forecast performance, providing insight and challenge to identify efficiency, productivity, value adding or cost saving opportunities.
You will be responsible for financial leadership of Maintenance covering all aspects of Maintenance investments (including both capex and opex spend) ensuring appropriate financial focus, rigour, insight and challenge in order to support delivery of the plan and help identify opportunities and mitigate risks. You will have ownership of management accounting month end process and ensuring appropriate operational insight available at month end. This will be presented at various forums and Property meetings.

Who will this appeal to?
You will be an experienced Finance Manager from a CIMA/ACCA/ACA study route. You will have commercial awareness and be able to demonstrate implementation of added value and making a difference. Strong communication, with the ability to present complex financial data and concepts in a clear and concise way to non-finance professionals.
