Personal Advisor | Burnley
We're recruiting for a Personal Advisor, based in the Children Leaving Care Service. This is a full time Personal Advisor Role based in the East of the County – Burnley.
Core objectives:

3. Children and young people enjoy heathy lifestyles and know how to help others.
4. Children, young people and families have a voice in shaping the support they receive.

To deliver these objectives it will be necessary for the post holder:
6. To work as part of the Leaving Care Service, to ensure the development, delivery and continuous improvement of services for children, young people and their families and carers in Lancashire.
7. To work in partnership with colleagues within Children's Social Care to ensure consistency of practice across the county and to promote the development of a supportive collaborative culture across the service.
8. To work in partnership with children and young people, parents and carers, education, health and other agencies/professionals supporting children and young people to provide effective support that improves outcomes for children, young people and their families.
9. To ensure young people leaving care are at the centre of all practice and processes.
10. To ensure children and young people are provided with the right support at the right time.
11. To ensure the effective and efficient use of available resources in support of the well-being and development of children and young people leaving care.
