Within the Global Commercial Services Technology (GCST) department, the Nipendo platform is looking for a driven individual to support strategic delivery management by overseeing the prioritisation, build, delivery and launch process of the Nipendo Platform.
What will you do?
1. Facilitate Monitor Scrum team Velocity and Delivery of the program OKRs through the use of relevant program and team level metrics.
2. Support Product Teams through backlog refinement, backlog readiness, definition of ready/done and support writing user stories.
3. Facilitate Agile events that helps the engineer teams deliver value incrementally and iteratively.
4. Supervise 2 scrum team’s capacity and User Story refinement processes and interact with engineers to monitor and match capacity against wider program objectives.
5. Support processes to track iteration progress, issue resolution, and removing obstacles to ensure sprint/iteration commitments are met, escalate to leadership as necessary.
6. Ensure compliance with SDLC methodology.
7. Raise, track and support resolutions of impediments, manage risk, and promote improvement throughout Technology.

8. Support in Planning, arbitrating, communicating, organizing, and executing on the platform’s goals.
9. Supports a learning culture to drive continuous improvements and standardization.
10. Respectfully and purposefully challenge the status quo.
11. Ensures data integrity for the teams within the Agile Management tools and compliance with SDLC audits.
12. Use process expertise to identify and collaborate to resolve conflicts.
Preferred Qualifications
13. Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development methods is preferred.
14. SDLC Methodologies & Practice.
15. Agile PM tools (Rally, JIRA).
