About the Role:
As a Business Studies teacher, you will:
* Teach engaging lessons: Deliver inspiring and relevant Business Studies lessons to KS4 and KS5 students, covering key topics such as entrepreneurship, finance, marketing, and business management.
* Prepare students for success: Equip students with the knowledge and skills required for success in their GCSEs and A-levels, while also fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Promote real-world applications: Bring business concepts to life by incorporating real-world examples, case studies, and project-based learning to ensure students understand how theory translates to practice.
* Encourage entrepreneurial spirit: Foster a love for business and enterprise by encouraging students to develop their own business ideas, and guiding them through the process of planning, marketing, and financial forecasting.
* Support student progression: Provide one-to-one feedback and guidance to help students excel in their coursework and exams, while also preparing them for future career pathways in business, economics, or entrepreneurship.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): With a specialism in Business Studies or a related field.
* Passion for Business and Enterprise: A genuine interest in business education and the ability to inspire students to see the potential of their ideas.
