This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Asbestos Surveyor who is P402 qualified with a keen eye for detail. As well as working in a successful company and an enthusiastic team, you will also receive an attractive salary package + additional benefits.As an Asbestos Surveyor you will:- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors and the public in a professional manner.- Complete management, refurbishment and demolition surveys at a range of sites.- Complete annual re-assessments.- Conduct bulk sampling in commercial, industrial and residential properties.- Preparation of survey reports.- Ensure appropriate records are maintained.- Ensure that working practices and operations are performed in line with the Asbestos Quality Manual at all times.-Experience/Qualifications- Possessing a BOHS P402 Qualification is essential.- 6 months of post-qualification working experience- Experience of working within a UKAS accredited company is desirable.As an Asbestos Surveyor you will have- Good numeric skills and IT skills.- The ability to produce accurate recording and interpretation of data.- A full UK Driving license.- A flexible approach to changes of working hours which may be required.- Ideally have experience of data collection us...
