Role and Responsibilities: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: • Assist the SEN Teacher in delivering tailored educational programs. • Provide one-on-one support to students, helping them with their individual needs. • Encourage and assist students in engaging with classroom activities. • Monitor and record student progress, reporting to the SEN Teacher. • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
