Afternoon Cook
Join the Olive Team at one of our prestigious sites in Alfreton.
Hours of work are Monday to Thursday, 28 hours paid per week, 1.00pm to 8.30pm.
Rate of pay: £13.50 per hour.

* Possess excellent culinary skills, as well as being aware of current food trends to help ensure that our food offer is innovative and imaginative.
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* You will need to be passionate about providing excellent food and customer service and your skills in these areas must be first class.
* Be able to demonstrate an understanding of cost control to ensure you help achieve budgetary targets, as well as having a positive can do attitude.
What you'll be doing:
* Assisting with preparation of all food and beverages ensuring that the highest standards are maintained.
* Help to ensure the smooth running of the contract at all times, especially during times of sickness, holiday etc.
* To assist with menu planning, production levels, food costing, ordering and stock control, as appropriate.
