About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our team as a Peripatetic Nurse. As a Peripatetic Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to our residents across various care homes in your region. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team and develop care plans that cater to the physical and mental needs of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents
* Lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
* Develop and implement individualized care plans
* Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure resident needs are met
Requirements:
* Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
* Teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification
* Strong understanding of key regulatory frameworks, including safe medication administration and NMC standards
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
