GSL Education is currently seeking a number of passionate and qualified QTS Psychology Teachers to join our client schools in Watford. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire students and foster their understanding of psychology.
As a QTS Psychology Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
* Designing and delivering lessons that cover a range of psychology topics, in line with the curriculum.
* Using a variety of teaching methods to engage and inspire students, including practical activities and discussions.
* Supporting students in their understanding of key psychological concepts and theories.
* Providing constructive feedback on student work and assessments.
* Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to explore and develop their interest in psychology.
* Collaborating with colleagues to plan and deliver cross-curricular activities and projects.
Candidate Qualifications and Attributes:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in teaching psychology.
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for psychology education.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
* Effective classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
* Dedication to ongoing professional development and a commitment to enhancing the educational experiences of students.
Must hold a current Enhanced Child Only DBS registered with the update service or be prepared to apply for a new one with GSL Education.
