We're looking for a Customer & Stakeholder Manager to join our Natural Resources team, within a commutable distance to Falmer. In this role you'll be a key stakeholder and customer engagement manager on the mobilisation and ongoing operations of our new 7 year, c£1bn framework with Southern Water.
Location: Falmer, East Sussex up to 3 days a week

Responsibilities
We're looking for a Customer & Stakeholder Manager to join NRNN business unit. In this role you'll be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our customers and key stakeholders, and will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction, managing stakeholder expectations, and contributing to the overall success of Kier and Southern Water. Work being carried out is design and build activity across the Southern Water portfolio of non-infrastructure, water and wastewater projects. Services covering the counties of Kent, Sussex and Hampshire, including the Isle of Wight.
Your day to day will include:
* Promoting a safe, collaborative, and high-performing culture where everyone belongs, contributes and thrives.
* Leading, managing and engaging with all project stakeholders both internal and external, including regulatory bodies, local authorities, customers, community groups, Southern Water, Operations etc.
* Developing and successfully delivering stakeholder and customer engagement plans and managing stakeholder and customer mapping, preparing communications to stakeholders and respond to stakeholder enquiries.
* Working collaboratively with other members of the project team, liaising with the wider Kier Group and providing briefings and support to operational teams for meetings with stakeholders/customers.
* Arranging and attending stakeholder/customer meetings and ensure feedback of responses and requests to operational teams are responded to within agreed timescales.
What are we looking for?
This Customer & Stakeholder Manager is great for you if you have:
* Significant experience of managing engagement with clients, customers and other stakeholders
* Experience in developing and successfully implementing stakeholder and customer engagement plans.
* Proven ability to work and multi-task under pressure, respond quickly to changing situations in complex project environments, preparing responses/narrative quickly and clearly.
* Strong people management and project management skills with familiarity using various CRM systems essential.
* High degree of accuracy in executing work with the ability to schedule work and deliver to tight deadlines.
