The Role
Thus is a key role in the business to coordinate the service functions and work closely with the management team. Responsibilities include:
1. Provide the analysis of Service performance and where necessary identify plans to ensure the business achieves targets.
2. Analyse the performance and quality of engineering work, client contracts and trends and key projects.
3. Build effective relationships with clients, ensuring the maintenance and consolidation of their accounts.
4. Review and manage processes for sourcing and ordering of spare parts and materials.
5. To provide an innovative approach to spares supply for clients with a focus on accuracy, price, and speed of supply.
6. To visit clients to build and develop relationships and where necessary to resolve site issues proactively.
