Job Duties:
* Supporting classroom teachers in delivering lessons and providing assistance to students.
* Assisting with the preparation of educational materials and resources.
* Supervising students during class and break times.
* Providing one-on-one support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities.
* Assisting with administrative tasks such as record-keeping and maintaining student records.
Required Qualifications:
* A relevant teaching assistant qualification or equivalent experience.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work well in a team environment.
* Understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
Experience:
Prior experience working in an educational setting is desirable.
Knowledge and Skills:
* Knowledge of educational practises and principles.
* Ability to adapt to the needs of individual students.
* Strong organisational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* First Aid certification.
* Additional relevant training or qualifications in education.
Working Conditions:
This role involves working in a classroom setting within a school environment. The Teaching Assistant may need to support students with varying needs and abilities. The role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing situations.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
