Join Tillo as a Product Manager and lead the charge in innovation!
We're looking for a seasoned Product Manager with deep experience in B2B/B2C e-commerce sites, consumer payments and fraud prevention techniques to lead the strategy, development, go-to-market and roadmap for our flagship StoreFront product line that drives the acquisition of new buyers and our global expansion, especially in the USA.
We continuously seek to refine and enhance our products to ensure we deliver the best possible experience to our customers and their end users, as the Product Manager for Storefront you’ll work in collaboration with a Technical squad to drive improvements to the product as we continue to grow.

If successful, you will
* Work closely with customers to gain deep insights, understanding their needs to influence the improvement of the product
* Use data analysis to inform and guide decision making
* Define success metrics and lead on how best to track them
* Perform competitor analysis using the results to inform the product strategy
* Contribute to the product roadmap, engaging with stakeholders and the wider team
* Define complex problems/stories and articulate them to the development and design teams
* Contribute to QA testing
* Collaborate with Marketing on product releases
About you
* You've got strong experience building e-commerce websites ideally for B2C or B2B2C segments including white-label, embedded journeys or mobile offerings
* You're knowledgable in the world of of B2C consumer payments solutions such as pay-by-card (e.g. via Stripe), pay-by-bank (i.e. UK open banking), account-to-account payments (e.g. ACH or FedNow in the US), and others (e.g. PayPal, Venmo)
* You're familiar with fraud detection, prevention and remediation techniques (e.g. AML, fraud, transaction monitoring and screening) to support consumer payments.
* You have led a cross-functional product and engineering team responsible for strategy, discovery and delivery with a blend of onshore and near-shore staff including 3rd parties.
* You're comfortable working closely with commercial teams to support winning new business, identifying the right customers and markets and customer interviews and research.
