1. Position: Project Coordinator
2. Hourly Rate: £11.44
3. Location: Brighton
4. Hours: Monday-Friday 10am-5:30pm
We are looking for a project coordinator with strong organisational skills and attention to detail to join a thriving research company in Brighton.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in working within an office environment and have strong telephone and administrational skills.
Duties will include:
5. Ensure own understanding of project requirements.
6. Create respondent screeners and profile sheets.
7. Undertake recruitment telephone calls and confirm participant data.
8. Undertake telephone interviews and record information.
9. Complete all documentation and enter data into systems.
10. Liaise with external recruitment partners to coordinate work and check incoming data.
11. Undertake logistical work including booking of venues and catering
12. Provide Project Managers with progress reports and project updates, highlighting challenges.
