Main Job Purpose
* Managing the portfolio of residential properties in relation to repairs, inspections and any other duties.
Key Accountabilities (Assist with portfolio management)
* Ensure that systems and processes are followed to a high standard
* Ensure a high level of satisfaction from clients, tenants and contractors
* Complete check-ins and check-outs to the company standard
* Deposit correspondence between all parties and the releasing of deposits
* Log all works required following check-outs and any required administration
* Carry out periodic inspections
* Compose landlord inspection letters following visits
* Close communication with landlords and tenants as and when required
* Liaise with and assist accounts with legal notices including Section 21's and Section 8's
Repairs & Maintenance

* Carry out emergency property visits when required
* Oversee all refurbishments
* Out of hours on call rota (1 week every 7)
* Represent the company to a high standard of personal conduct on all appointments, whilst driving, through all methods of communication etc.
* Be able to work both autonomously and within a team
* Increase the standards of the property portfolio
