Job Description
We’re on the look for an Administrator, to join this small but growing team, in Oldbury. They’re offering a basic salary of £24,000 per annum and aren’t expecting you to have transport experience. Although this would be beneficial, ideally, they are just looking for somebody with previous administrative skills and that wants to progress their career further.
The working hours for this position are Monday – Friday, 11am – 7pm. There will be periods of working 8am – 4pm to cover holiday and sicknesses.
The role of Administrator involves:
* Allocating and processing of orders through the system.
* Ensuring the warehouse team picks orders within a good time frame.
* Using the traffic management system to process all orders.
* Trying to find the most cost and route effective ways for orders.
* Booking returns with couriers for customers.
* Dealing with dispatch queries and issues that may arise.
* Managing delivery issues and resolving them in a timely manner.
For the Administrator, you need:
* Previous experience within Administration, Customer Service or similar.
* An extremely professional and warming manner.
