My client is a UK-based fibre optic internet service provider dedicated to delivering the best digital connectivity to communities across the UK.
They are looking for a Field Sales Representative (Fibre Broadband Advisor) to join their Field-Based Sales team and help them achieve their ambitious customer acquisition targets for Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding area. This role is predominantly field-based, involving direct engagement with prospective residential customers to subscribe to their full fibre broadband network.

Help customers find better broadband solutions
Develop and maintain customer relationships via phone and email
Skills & Experience: Field Sales Representative
Comfortable with cold calling (in person or via telephone)
Able to prospect using various mediums (events, phone calls, door-to-door)
Patience and composure with challenging customers
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM experience is advantageous
Willing to travel as needed
