We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to join our sales team in Northern Ireland. In this role, you will utilise your sales experience to market Apogee’s full range of managed services, including managed print services, digital workplace solutions, IT services, and outsourced document services. You will be responsible for driving new business, engaging with both potential and existing clients, and contributing to the company’s growth and market expansion efforts.
What You Will Do
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends
Develop and nurture a pipeline of well-qualified leads
Engage with prospects across Northern Ireland through cold outreach, email, and social media
Attend client meetings, demonstrating expertise in understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring exceptional client service
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to establish mutually beneficial agreements
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
Consistently exceed sales targets and revenue objectives
Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities
Provide regular sales updates to the management teamWorking hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break (40 hours per week).
