Children's Ward and SCBU- Ward Clerk- Band 2
Provide administrative support to the Children and Young People Ward and SCBU, supporting care to children and families, working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
The ward clerk will provide and coordinate clerical and administrative duties, general housekeeping of stock, supporting the provision of an efficient and effective service.
Maintain accurate written and electronic information systems, supporting accurate and timely data input onto IT systems. Participate in planning, implementation and delivery of the service.
Provide support in the Women and Children’s Collaborative for all clerical and administrative duties within the ward/unit and to support with general housekeeping of stock/supply control, organising and prioritising day to day workload.
