Role Description
This office based role responsible for looking after the most high-profile customers within the business; building and maintaining strong customer relationships; anticipating client needs and providing a world-class level of customer service.
Your main duties will include:
* Onboarding new clients following handover from the Business Development Managers; becoming the internal point of contact for the customer for all of their ongoing business needs.
* Ensuring that all orders go out on time in full and managing customer expectations
* Supporting Business Development Managers (BDMs) with the growth of existing accounts by providing an exceptional level of ongoing customer care and recognising opportunities to increase sales.
* Working closely with other departments within the business to ensure customers needs are communicated and understood in order to fulfill technical, quality and delivery requirements.
* Translating customer enquiries and orders into workable solutions for the Technical Sales Administrators (TSAs) to process accurately.
* Answering customer queries regarding their orders or deliveries.
Required skills & experience - you will:
* Have demonstrable print industry or label manufacturing experience
* Be target-driven with a passion for sales
* Have excellent communication, inter-personal skills and be comfortable dealing with people at all levels
* Be passionate about customer service and have a demonstrable track record in building and maintaining strong customer relationships
* Be self-motivated & able to work autonomously
* Be a positive and professional team player who can work on own initiative
* Have strong IT, attention to detail & administration skills
