Our client, a well-established chartered accountancy firm, is seeking a talented Bookkeeper for their Weybridge office, either full or part time, with hybrid working. Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive bookkeeping tasks for a variety of clients.
* Prepare and submit VAT returns.
* Develop and manage financial reports including monthly management accounts (10% of the role).
* Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial transaction records.
* Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
* Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.
* Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors.
* Offer financial support and advice to management.
About You:
* AAT/ACCA part-qualified or qualified by experience (QBE).
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in bookkeeping within a UK practice.
* A strong knowledge of Xero is essential ; familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
* Strong communication skills and adept at client interactions.
* Based locally to Weybridge,
