HYBRID WORKING - HULL HQ + OTHER OFFICE VISITS
Your new role
A market leading organisation are looking to add a brand-new position of Product Manager to their Team. You'll work with every part of the organisation, at every level, including the Senior Leadership Team to create and execute the product roadmap. You will be responsible for collecting market feedback, identifying new product opportunities, conceptualising solutions, writing product requirements and working with the wider team to bring new products to market.
What you'll need to succeed
The role will suit someone who has at least 2 years+ experience as a Product Manager and someone who can demonstrate experience of working on complex software projects & products.
The key attributes that the Product Manager must demonstrate include:
* CUSTOMER FOCUS- fully understand our clients' needs to shape product decisions;
* PRODUCT EXECUTION- have the ability to oversee the entire product lifecycle;
* STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT- Build strong relationships across multiple teams;
* LEADERSHIP- Inspire & motivate all teams involved to achieve your goals;
* STRATEGY- Working with the CTO to define a clear product vision and strategy and be able to continuously refine the Product Roadmap.
Product Managers will need an understanding of AGILE, exceptional communication skills and the crucial ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
What you'll get in return
In the short-term, this role will need to be based full-time in one of the Organisation's Offices to allow the Product Manager to work closely enough with the wider business - thereafter, the role can be worked on a HYBRID basis (3/2 split). The role comes with a salary of between £40,000 - £60,000 + benefits.
