This role involves working with a building contractor in their insurance claim repairs division, where you will be responsible for managing multiple insurance company contracts and overseeing property reinstatement work until completion.
Responsibilities:
* Assess property damage to determine the extent of repair work required
* Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes
* Develop and implement effective project plans to meet deadlines and budget targets
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager/Surveyor within the insurance industry
* Strong understanding of insurance claims processes and procedures
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The estimated salary range for this position is approximately £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
