Contract Manager
Trevett Services have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contract Manager to join a national FM & building services provider in Oxford.
You will play a vital part in building a positive relationship with the client and being accountable for the financial performance of the contracts.
This is a full time permanent role, paying up too £75,000 per annum in addition to a company car and a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities of the Contract Manager:
* To ensure personnel manage the contract to the Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* To ensure that all risks relating to safety, health, environment and quality are effectively managed.
* To ensure compliance with all statutory and company procedures across the stakeholder groups.
* To ensure all PPM and reactive tasks are carried out in accordance with the maintenance specification and documented in real time using the CAFM system.
* To be on call as part of the management team.
* To maintain commercial understanding of the client contractual deliverables across all services.
* To work with operational management to develop performance measurement and improvement objectives.
* To drive successful contract negotiations and business improvement initiatives
* To drive profit improvement through both sales generation and cost saving initiatives in a collaborative manner with the operations teams
Essential experience the Contract Manager would need:
* Must have a full clean drivers’ licence
* Must have a recognised hard services industry qualification
* Must have experience managing TFM within Pharmaceutical or process-controlled environments
* Experience of using a CAFM system to manage engineering team
* Able to build on client relationship
* Must be available to participate in an out of hour’s on call rota. The role may require the individual to work late from time to time
