In addition to providing all types of forklift trucks, from powered pallet trucks to wire-guided systems, Rushlift hires and maintains a wide range of industrial equipment such as sweepers, mobile plants, and lorry loader cranes.
About the role:
The role of Asset Manager is to ensure we have a fluid, well balanced & profitable rental fleet.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring the Company obtains maximum revenue contribution from all Trade Sales orders.
* Achieve a level of new business in your business area compatible with the annual business plan.
* Identification of end of term units suitable for refurbishment to assist growth of the Rushlift refurbishment business.
* Optimization of fleet efficiency through identification of unprofitable units taking appropriate action to rectify.
* To analyse & value equipment coming back from hire and decide on net route for equipment ( Trade / STR / Refurb etc. )
* Assist the Sales Department on support Equipment for new sales.
* Running and analysing inventories of all assets.
* Liaising with suppliers to obtain the best price for assets.
What we are looking for:
* Experience within the MHE industry
* Thorough understanding of the trade channel and used MHE market
* Ability to understand market trends in relation to pricing and demand
* Sales & Sales Management experience
* A good knowledge of IT is essential.
* Good communication skills are essential.
