About the Role
As a Project Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of operations, working closely with teams to ensure projects run smoothly. Key responsibilities include:
* Creating, managing, and maintaining efficient document and data control systems to ensure proper categorisation, version control, and secure storage.
* Developing and implementing document templates, naming conventions, and approval workflows to improve efficiency.
* Monitoring the progress of documents, approvals, and deadlines while maintaining accurate records.
* Supporting client and resident liaison activities, assisting with survey coordination and preparation for site meetings.
* Producing high-quality reports, minutes, and correspondence to support project delivery.
* Collaborating with team members and external stakeholders, providing training and guidance on best practices where needed.
