As a Performance Center Manager, you will have strong administrative skills, be a self-starter, and show a methodical approach to your work. This role is all about trust. Your purpose as the Performance Center Manager is to manage our hypercar activities and provide support for customers in the USA.

You'll be instrumental in leading the team and ensuring that all Aston Martin policies and processes are adhered to. Your role is vital in managing hypercar activities and customer support services in the USA.
We're looking for someone resilient, tenacious, confident, and poised. You'll have exceptional communication skills and have the confidence to challenge and persuade where required. You'll have excellent time management and organizational skills as you'll work to multiple ever-changing priorities/deadlines using your judgment and pre-empting any issues before they arise.
This is a full-time on-site role with a requirement to travel and overnight stays to our UK HQ and across the USA.
The salary range for this role is: $150k - $160k
The Key Requirements...
* Working from our New York site
* Fixed Operations Management
* Ability to run workshops or automotive repair facilities.
* Technical background - experience working on luxury and exotic race cars.
* Managing budgets and forecasting to deliver
* Experience managing a high-performing team
* Experience in DMS (Dealer Management Systems)
* Experience in Vehicle Diagnostics Software
