Eon Next - Energy Specialist Role: Energy Specialist in Partnership with the EON Energy Location: Derry Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week between Monday to Friday from 08.45am-17.15pm Salary: £11.55 per hour with an attractive bonus opportunity As an inbound Energy Specialist for EON NEXT you will be the main point of contact for our customers. Your role is to ensure that our customers receive a high level of service through offering support, listening, and promoting our products and services which meet the needs and expectations of our customers. The majority of your day will be spent communicating with our customers who have called through to us - providing them with excellent customer service, showing continuous support and helping those who are experiencing technical issues with their online accounts or Smart Meters. You will also be upselling the benefits of a Smart Meter aiming to have one installed. You will also be helping to organise home moves, answering any general enquiries and educating our customers on how to manage their energy usage and bills. You will need to be able to handle customer objections and potential complaints, ensuring you are doing the right thing for our customers and matching products to their needs. As part of your role, you will be required to upsell Smart Meters and help guide our customers resolve their issues. When joining the Firstsource Family you will go through 7 weeks training both in a classroom environment and Academy which will be taking live calls with support on hand. This will be fully paid for, and you will have continuous support throughout the training process. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where there can be little to no gaps in calls, and you will be supporting our customers while navigating multiple systems.
