About the Role:
Are you an experienced electrician with a strong background in building maintenance and a valid 18th Edition certification? We are seeking a skilled Buildings Maintenance Electrician to work across the sites to ensure electrical systems are maintained and compliant with safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform electrical maintenance and repairs across multiple sites.
2. Ensure compliance with 18th Edition regulations.
3. Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical systems.
4. Respond to electrical emergencies as needed.
5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Minimum Requirements:
1. 18th Edition certification.
2. Proven experience in building maintenance electrical work.
