Part Time Receptionist / Switchboard
We are supporting a company based in Milton Keynes with recruiting for a part time Switchboard / Receptionist. Hours are Monday to Friday and can be either working 1pm-5:30 or 1:30-5:30pm. This is a permanent opportunity to start in November 2024 and will be paying a salary of £27k pro rata.
This position is 90% switchboard, therefore you will need to have excellent communication skills and ability to take accurate messages.
Duties will include:
1. Answering telephone calls in a professional manner providing a warm and professional switchboard service.
2. Assisting with ordering equipment and stationery when required.
3. Supporting with other ad hoc administration duties.
You will be the first point of contact for clients and customers over the telephone, therefore you must be able to assist with a positive attitude and have a polite and professional approach to work.
Ideally, you will have previous experience as a receptionist, but this is not essential. If you have previous admin skills within an office, then we would love to discuss further. #J-18808-Ljbffr
