Job Description
As the Part Time Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:
3. Processing supplier invoices
4. Raising invoices
5. Managing the inbox
6. Dealing with queries
7. Bank reconciliations
8. Chasing outstanding payments
9. General admin duties as and when required
The Successful Applicant
In order to be considered for the Part Time Accounts Assistant role, you must:
10. Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
11. Be immediately available
12. Be able to commit to the required working hours
13. Be able to multi-task
14. Be able to communicate effectively
15. Be a Sage user
