Workscope
Addison Project Plc is seeking a contractor to provide Project Management services for a Process Sector upgrade project. This scope can be provided from either our Middlesbrough, Daresbury or Thornton-Cleveleys offices.
Services to be provided
* Follow the assigned Project Management workflow to ensure successful project management for the Project
* Ensure adequate resources are available for the efficient delivery of the project
* Act as the main point of contact for the client and sub-contractors
* Manage the design programme and construction programme
* Track and manage deliverables as outlined in the estimate and the contract
* Ensure the project is delivered in a safe manner, to schedule, within budget and in accordance with customer requirements
* Manage the spend vs progress on the project and report internally and externally
* Commercial reporting and cost management, including spend versus earned value, variations and project change
* Control and management of commercial and technical risks
* Reporting and record keeping as per contract requirements
* Lead project meetings including start-up, progress reviews, scheduling, risk, change, monthly reporting, & contract status reviews.
* Ensure full involvement and support of all service providers and independents
Experience Required
* You must possess suitable and relevant qualifications within Engineering – Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or EC&I with a minimum of an HNC, preferably a Degree.
* You must have experience in working to British and International Standards, Company Standards, Industry Regulations, EC Directives. It would also be beneficial to have experience of CDM Regulations, Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
* Suitable and relevant EPCM Project Management experience working in the UK Onshore Process Sector on EPCM projects, preferable on a COMAH site
* You must also be familiar with the use of project management principles and have good experience of NEC contracts
