About the role:
In this new role of Fine Jewellery Sales & Brand Manager, you will elevate the Fine Jewellery category through brand development, luxury retail sales expertise and a strategy that creates theatre and excitement onboard our cruise retail outlets.
You'll devise and implement onboard retail strategies to promote and model high quality retailing standards, continuously driving maximum sales results, superior guest service, talent development and engagement.
This is an exciting and unique opportunity for a passionate and experienced luxury retail expert to drive the future of the Fine Jewellery category in a growing, global business.
The role is offered on a hybrid working basis, typically with 1-2 days/week in our Avonmouth (Bristol) office plus frequent international travel for cruise ship visits and sailings.
