Job Title: Assistant Manager
We're looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at The Two Brewers in Chigwell. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our busy pub, welcoming and looking after customers, training and leading our bar/waiting team, managing services, and running special events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
* Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute events, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
* Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and overheads.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and procedures.

About You:
We're looking for someone with experience as an Assistant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager within a gastro pub, restaurant, bar, hotel, or elsewhere in the hospitality sector. You'll have excellent communication and leadership skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a keen eye for detail.
