Battyeford CE (VC) Primary School is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced, highly self-motivated and positive minded Senior Business Support Officer to join our admin team from September 2024.
This is a busy and rewarding role to oversee policy, process and compliance along with day-to-day support in a busy school office.
We are looking for someone who:
• Is positive, a great communicator and offers a warm welcome to all stakeholders.
• Has considerable expertise in the use of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and Outlook diary management.
• Keeps abreast of updates and policy changes; disseminating to SLT to maintain compliance.
• Sound working knowledge of Integris with scope to maximise all features the package offers.
• Has an awareness of all aspects of safeguarding in school and can competently maintain Single Central Record as a live document.
• Can oversee data protection throughout school.
• Is an integral part of the team to support admin and business team along with SLT.
• Embeds our Christian ethos and values through their work ethic.
