The Customer service administrator will carry out duties such as:
To be a first point of call to clients to organise incoming goods receipt
Working closely with a global client base in processing inbound orders
Working with clients to maintain stock levels via warehouse management system
Processing orders on an internal CRM system
Raising invoices to clients
General department administration
The successful customer service administrator will have a need to hold an administrative background, be proficient within the use of Microsoft programs and be confident in picking up new packages. It would be beneficial to hold current CRM system experience and hold experience using a warehouse management system but full training will be provided within their bespoke system.
