Repairs & Voids manager required for a public sector organisation in the Nottingham area.
The ideal candidate will work alongside the Housing Maintenance Manager in effectively planning, monitoring, and coordinating the provision of the Responsive Repairs and Voids service, taking responsibility for operational delivery.
What we are looking for in the successful candidate:
1. Proven experience of managing building maintenance works, ideally within the housing sector.
2. Experience of successfully managing an operational team including direct employees and contractors.
3. Experience working with tenants and leaseholders.
4. Able to organise and prioritise workload effectively.
5. Resourceful, with a continuous improvement approach.
6. Effective communication skills.
Salary: £42,000 - £44,500
Employment Type: Hybrid, Full time (35 hours per week)
