Your Role:
1. To report to the Lifecycle Programme Manager and provide operational leadership, guidance and direction to Central and Garrison Strategic Teams in the implementation, delivery and effectiveness of the Annual Maintenance Plan.
2. To ensure the adoption and compliance with ADSL’s QSHE policies and procedures.
3. To ensure the adoption of safe working practices during the maintenance and repair of the estate.
4. To ensure the management of the safe systems of work for all estate related activities.
5. To collate, update and maintain an accurate lifecycle database in line with ADSL’s procedures and processes.
6. To provide leadership to the Garrison AMP Strategic Teams for asset renewal and replacement of building elements and systems.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Qualifications: An industry recognised professional qualification in engineering, building services or facilities management.
2. Experience: Extensive experience of managing commercial or government asset portfolios including infrastructure and experience in planning programmes of work for maintenance, lifecycle and change including surveying and pricing.
3. Skills: Proven track record in the management of asset databases and CAFM Systems, good leadership and interpersonal skills and good influencing skills with the ability to be commercially aware.
